Geraldton, WA

October 4, 2016Leave a commenton the road

We had no expectations when we arrived in Geraldton. Our school pack was due to arrive, so we booked in for a few days which coincided with the “Gerro Festival” which ended up being quite fun. Designed for families there were plenty of community events and the kids had a ball rock climbing and wrestling in Sumo suits.

We also happened to be in the pub the night of the NRL grand final. We had no clue it was on, or who was playing, but when the pub was pretty much empty, we realized that it was not a big deal in WA!
