KP: Still raining and with the temperature plummeting from the mid thirties we’d had for the past week or so, we headed south into Victoria. We spent a bit of time in the area two years ago, so were happy to keep driving without too many stops. We’d refreshed in the caravan park the night before, so headed bush into a gorgeous camp spot. It felt like we were the only ones in the world as we snuggled up under the awning in the drizzle with hot chocolates & red wine. No decent coffee has been made thus far in the camper. There are going to be problems….
SP: OK enough of the coffee puns! The little boy coffee maker is still a work in progress and I figure I have a year to turn it around. Consider this a work in progress, so stay tuned coffee lovers…
The nights stay down the little dirt road, with mist and rain all around, out the back of Bairnsdale was a great treat. It is really the type of camping we love and I look forward to many more finds like this one along the road. It wasn’t much but as a family we sure had fun listening to the local radio. Highlight bust a move, MC Hammer. You get the drift!
